Return & Refund Policy

At Perfirbody.co, we take pride in the quality and care that go into every piece. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items, such as intimates, undergarments, bodysuits, and final sale items, are non-returnable.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

2. Exchanges

Currently, Perfitbody.co does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a store credit and place a new order for the desired size or color.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery.


Email Perfitbody.co with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.


We recommend using USPS with tracking for safe delivery back to our facility. Mavy is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

6. Final Sale Items

All final sale, discounted, or promotional items are non-returnable and not eligible for refund or store credit.
