Shipping Policy

At Perfitbody.co, we’re dedicated to ensuring your order arrives safely and on time. All packages are shipped via USPS Flat Rate for reliable delivery throughout the United States and U.S. territories.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During new drops, restocks, or peak seasons, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to all U.S. states, territories, and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location and USPS service times. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a USPS tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Shipping: Currently, Mavy does not offer international shipping outside of U.S. territories. We look forward to expanding in the future as our brand continues to grow.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please don't hesitate to contact support@mavy.co within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make address modifications.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Mavy is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once they are in USPS’s possession. If this occurs, please get in touch with USPS directly to file a claim. We’ll be happy to guide if needed.
